The Dambusters is actively involved with its local community, including veteran and senior groups, as well as plays an active role in sponsoring youth groups.  

Here at the Dambusters we believe that the youth is our future, and in this belief we support as many of the Legion youth programs as possible.  These include the Legion Youth Program for Literary Composition and Poster Contest, the Public Speaking Contest, as well as the Bursary's Program.  We also support community service organizations in our local area including local breakfast clubs, baseball, soccer, hockey and lacrosse teams.  

The Dambusters offers students of the Toronto District School Board the opportunity to volunteer at and for the Branch to earn their community service hours as required by the School Board.  Local students volunteer in a variety of ways that aid Veteran and Senior members, as well as assist our Branch during the annual Poppy Campaign.
